Mobile gas scrubbers provide temporary or shared fume treatment for laboratories, kilo labs and pilot plants without requiring a permanent fixed installation at every process point. The glass circulation reservoir, packed column and cooler are mounted on a wheeled stainless-steel frame.
A magnetically coupled seal-less pump circulates scrubbing liquid without a dynamic shaft seal. Glass Raschig-ring packing provides mass-transfer area for gas absorption, while the transparent system lets operators observe circulation and liquid condition.
