Products in Mineral Acid Treatment

Anhydrous HCl gas generation by the calcium-chloride route with reagent recycle, low effluent generation and a 30% turndown ratio.

Packed-bed and falling-film gas absorbers for HCl, chlorine, SO₂, HBr, bromine, ammonia and other corrosive vent gases.

Continuous dry HCl gas generation from 30–33% hydrochloric acid, available from 10 to 300 kg/h with reusable 20% acid bottoms.

Anhydrous HCl gas generation by sulfuric-acid stripping, recovering more than 99% of HCl from 30% hydrochloric acid at capacities up to 75 kg/h.

Adiabatic, isothermal and falling-film HCl gas absorbers for emission control and hydrochloric-acid recovery from 10 to 900 kg/h gas feed.

Portable all-glass gas scrubbers for kilo labs and pilot plants, with UMS 100 and UMS 150 models handling up to 12 or 50 m³/h.

Sulfuric-acid concentration plants for recovering weak or spent acid from approximately 20% to 70% using single- or multi-stage evaporation.

Skid-mounted continuous or batch sulfuric-acid dilution systems with controlled mixing, thermal balance and glass or graphite cooling.
